We use Seaweed in most of our products, and did you really know its beneficial value?
We recently made a series of poscards to show how our food can be used in daily situations such as going to work or amongst other, working on projects at home. We feel that our product is the perfect snack or lunch option for busy people on the move which to an extent we all have become. Here are some of our favorite pictures from that day!

Onigiri’s are a new food concept here in Denmark, this is why we take extra time to educate our customers about the product. It might seem quite foreign to many, and usually people will just asume we are making sushi, yet we don’t. Here is an example of a sliced onigiri, which should give anyone a good idea of what our product is.
Ginger laks/ edamamesalsa (ginger, salmon, edamame salsa, lemon and fresh coriander)
